My Bid For President

Your Voice, Your Future

Is it Doctor Trump or Jesus Trump?

Yes, Donald Trump genuinely believes he was depicted as a doctor in that AI image — the one where he’s dressed in white robes with light emanating from his hands while a man lies healed at his feet surrounded by bald eagles and the Statue of Liberty.

A doctor.

But honestly, why would anyone be surprised? This is the same man who has asked us to believe:

That he’s a faithful husband — the one with the hush money payments to a porn star, the Access Hollywood tape, and the civil verdict finding him liable for sexual abuse.

That the Bible is his favorite book — the man who couldn’t name a single verse when asked, held it upside down for a photo op, and posted an AI image of himself as Jesus on Easter Sunday.

That he’s a Christian at all — the man who once told interviewers he’s never asked God for forgiveness because he doesn’t believe he’s done anything that requires it.

That he’s 6’3″ and 225 pounds — a claim that requires every mirror in America to be lying.

That he’s “more respected” than any other president in history — the one world leaders were literally caught on camera laughing at.

That he’s a master negotiator — while Putin ignores him, Iran is blocking the Strait of Hormuz, and he’s produced roughly five trade frameworks in a year after promising 90 deals in 90 days.

That he would end the war in Ukraine “very easily… within 24 hours” — over a year ago. The war is worse.

That he would “lower prices starting on Day 1” — while beef is up 21%, gas is skyrocketing due to a war he started, and Americans are being crushed by the highest energy costs in years.

That he’d release his tax returns — we’re still waiting.

That he wouldn’t start a war with Iran — currently ongoing, tens of billions spent, 13 Americans dead.

That he would eliminate the national debt “very easily” — while adding trillions to it.

That he would order the full release of all the Epstein files — while his own Justice Department actively worked to suppress them and he called the whole thing a “hoax.”

That he had a comprehensive health care plan that would provide better, cheaper coverage for more Americans — a plan he has been promising for over a decade that does not exist, has never existed, and will never exist.

That Mexico would pay for the border wall — Mexico did not pay for the border wall.

That the 2020 election was “totally stolen” — after losing 60+ court cases, including before judges he himself appointed.

That COVID would “vanish by April 2020” — it did not vanish by April 2020.

That tariffs are paid by foreign governments, not American consumers — an economic claim so demonstrably false that even his own advisers struggled to defend it.

That wind turbines cause cancer — they do not cause cancer.

That the economy is currently in a golden age — tell that to the families watching their grocery bills, gas prices, and healthcare costs devour whatever’s left of their paychecks.

That he wouldn’t golf much as president because he’d be “too busy” — the man has spent more time on golf courses than any modern president, including the ones he attacked for playing golf.

So yes. He thought the Jesus image showed him as a doctor.

And yes, his supporters believed that too. Just like they’ve believed every other thing on this list — through every broken promise, every documented lie, every humiliation, every contradiction, every spoonful of grade-A nonsense he has served them with a smile and they have swallowed whole.

And here’s what makes it truly remarkable: when you point any of this out — when you cite the facts, quote the record, show the receipts — they look you dead in the eye and tell you that you have Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Which means, by their own logic, the deranged ones are the people paying attention. The sane ones are the people who believe Mexico paid for the wall, COVID vanished in April, and that AI image was a doctor.

At some point, the people who have watched this man treat his own supporters like marks in a long con — lying to their faces, breaking every promise he made them, enriching himself at their expense, and then asking them to line up and vote for him again — need to reckon with one simple question:

Who’s really the one with the problem here?

Because it isn’t the people pointing at the emperor and noting he has no clothes. It’s the people who keep insisting the outfit is magnificent.
