FIRST AMENDMENT- FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS
1) Freedom of religion- Trump is stating he is bringing “god” back into the United States. We’re NOT a Christian nation. We were founded on a belief in religious freedom.
2) Freedom of Speech- God forbid you say anything negative about the man on TikTok. Shadowbanned. Journalists asking him questions he doesn’t like? Absolutely not. And let’s not forget about his little army. Don’t you dare say anything to them, you will get shot and killed.
3) Freedom of Press- Media being taken out of the Pentagon. Cutting funding to what he claims is “bias” media sources. Restricting access to certain parts of the White House to reporters. Barring reporters from immigration courtrooms.
4) Freedom of Assembly- Protesting. Need I say more?
5) Freedom of petition- the retaliation on Minneapolis is enough of an explanation.

SECOND AMENDMENT- RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” meaning, we have the right to defend ourselves with weapons to protect our country against our own government if it becomes an authoritarian regime. So far Trump has committed 635 authoritarian like actions since taking office last year. Still counting.

FOURTH AMENDMENT- SEARCH AND SEIZURE
1) Protection of Privacy- The government allowing ICE to enter homes violates this COMPLETELY. This amendment also requires warrants and probable cause. Violations of this include- searches of your home without a warrant, illegal detention, excessive force and insufficient probable cause.

FIFTH AMENDMENT- RIGHT OF PERSONS
YES THE FIFTH AMENDMENT APPLIES TO UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS.
1) Due process- The government IS REQUIRED to follow a fair legal trial before taking away your life, liberties and property. This Is no longer happening.
2) Right to Remain Silent- you are allowed to tell ice you want a lawyer while being detained without being fearful that they are going to shoot you in the face. That’s not a free country that’s terrorism.

SIXTH AMENDMENT- RIGHT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION
AGAIN, THIS STILL APPLIES FOR UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS
1) Speedy,local and public trial- going back to the first amendment, not allowing media into the immigration courtrooms violates this. People are also being held in detention facilities for up to six months just to be sent off.
2) Right to counsel- IF the detainee is lucky enough for a trial, they are being denied legal council for representation and are being coerced into signing away their legal rights.

EIGHTH AMENDMENT- CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT
Prohibits the government from imposing excessive bail, fines, or cruel and unusual punishment.
1) last year the Trump administration implemented a new system stating immigration officers may impose fines of millions of dollars to non-citizens. If they do not respond within 15 days, all right to appeal will be eliminated.
2) other than ice agents beating and murdering people on the streets, there have been numerous deaths inside of the ice detention facilities. The people who have been released from the detention facilities, describe them as, you guessed it, cruel and inhumane. No food, water, functioning toilets, medical care, beds, access to basic hygiene needs.

TENTH AMENDMENT- RIGHTS RESERVED TO STATE AND PEOPLE
1)Targeting “sanctuary cities” by threatening to cut federal funding if they do not comply.
2)Threatening to withhold disaster relief funds from California due to conflict with Newsom
3)Threatening to withhold federal funding to California if local authorities didn’t prevent a transgender athlete from competing in a track and field championship (bsfs)

FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT- EQUAL PROTECTION
1)Ending birthright citizenship was a very straightforward compromise on this amendment.
2)Insurrection SHOULD make you disqualified from being able to be a senator, congressman, military officer, VP or president. 4 charges for the January 6th insurrection but he’s still somehow holding office?

SIXTEENTH AMENDMENT-TAXES
1)17 counts of criminal tax fraud. But yeah, great, trustworthy guy. We still gotta pay em tho.

NINETEENTH AMENDMENT- WOMENS VOTING
1)There are growing movements of the “traditional” ways coming to light by people who were appointed by DJT himself, some have even suggested we should overturn the 19th
2)The Save act that has been Introduced requires either (a) birth certificate or (b) passport to vote. This has become a growing concern for many women who are married and have changed their last names due to the fact that their birth certificate does not match their married last name.

TWENTY-SECOND AMENDMENT- TERM LIMIT
1) “We shouldn’t even have an election”

TWENTY-FIFTH- PRESIDENTIAL SUCCESSION
1) No violation here, I just think that someone violating this many parts of the constitution is not fit to represent our country.
